* Fees are inclusive of tuition fee and Development fee to be paid every year.
* Fees are inclusive of Eligibility/Registration fees of the University of Rs. 10,000/- payable for the first year only.
* Hostel charges Rs. 2,00,000/- per annum.
* After completion of the PG Degree programme, the students are required to work as Senior Resident, for which a separate bond is required to be submitted at the time of joining of College.
* The amount of Tuition fee should be paid by Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of “Registrar, D. Y. Patil Education Society Deemed University, Kolhapur” payable at Kolhapur. In case of online payments, the students are advised to make payment through the RTGS, so that UTR number will be generated to confirm the payment of Concerned.
* Admit Card issued by NBE *Result/Rank Letter issued by NBE *Mark Sheets of MBBS 1st, 2nd & 3rd Professional Examinations *Nationality and Domicile *MBBS Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate. * Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of Institution or College that the candidate shall complete the Internship by 31st September 2021, of the year of admission. * Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI/State Medical. Provisional Registration Certificate is acceptable only in case where candidate is undergoing internship and likely to complete the same on or before 31st September 2021 of year of admission. * Migration Certificate/Transfer Certificate *High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date or birth. *MBBS or Service Bond Free Certificate (If any) *Caste Certificate & Caste validity certificate *Four copies of recent passport size photograph. *Change in Name (if any) *Candidates allotted seat must carry one of the identification proofs (ID Proof) to the allotted college at the time of admission (as mentioned in the information Bulletin published by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for AIPGMEE i.e. PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhar Card). *Bond with this university for one year service as Senior Resident after PG. |
