SMART ( Second MBBS Alliance for Research and Training) is an innovative activity conducted every year by departments of paraclinical sciences of D Y Patil Medical College Kolhapur of second MBBS students. This activity aims at training second MBBS students in academic activities like Quiz competitions, Elocution competitions, Poster presentations and Oral presentations of short-term research projects.
Research has now become an integral part of undergraduate education hence organising committee takes this opportunity to introduce research to undergraduate students and invite 2nd MBBS students from all medical colleges for participation in this event.
