Day 1 : Monginis Cake Factory, Verna, Goa

Their journey began with one humble shop in Fort, Mumbai and grew to over one thousand locations throughout India under the inspiring vision of their founder, Hussein Khorakiwala in the early 1956. Since then, their family has combined their years of experience with the vision of a community of collaborative shop owners, suppliers and other partners working together to create a brand name in the market to grow their business to what it is today.

Day 2 : Goa Brewing Co. Porvorim, Sangolda, Bardez, Goa

Goa’s second microbrewery, Goa Brewing Co (GBC) in Sangolda, might just be a few months-old but their small batch beer, Eight Finger Eddie, is already at star at the state’s best bars. It’s an IPA that’s modern and what they call, “non-conformist”.
